How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 days to return a product after you have received it.
How can I return my order?
You can return online purchases within 30 days. Try the items at home just like you would in a store. The products should be original and undamaged when you return them.


Follow these steps:

  1. Register Your Return
    Simply email us at support@ganti.co.uk to register your return. Our customer service will send you a return confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    Pack the product you wish to return securely, preferably in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

  3. Send Us Your Package
    Send the package (with tracking) to the return address provided to you via our email contact.

    We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
  5. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments and the return label will be customer responsibility.

When we receive the return package, we will refund your money within 5 business days via the originally used payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order as we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

I received a damaged/wrong product?
Oh no, how frustrating! For defective or wrong products, we always send a replacement free of charge. If the issue persists upon the second delivery, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us at support@ganti.co.uk in such cases.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.
