Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time for Shipping
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM (GMT) will be processed with a handling time of 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. In case of unexpected delays due to special circumstances, we will promptly contact you via email.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time
All orders get free shipping. Total Estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days, which includes handling time of 1-2 business days and transit time of 5-10 business days.

We accept orders from the United Kingdom and deliver to the customer's address.

Shipping Confirmation
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. This will be activated within 24 hours.

Shipping Days

Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Returns
You can find all return details, including options and procedures, in our return policy. There are no restocking fees.

Defective Product?
We apologize if your product was damaged during transportation. For the first incident, we will provide a replacement package free of charge, but unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. If the product arrives faulty the second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will promptly send you a new package before processing the refund and return.

Non-Acceptance of Packages
If a package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the sender. In such cases, we will send you a new package free of charge. If the package is not accepted the second time, we reserve the right to withhold £15 from the amount you receive as compensation.
